Legal Documents
- Criminal record certificate from your home country (apostilled)
- Sworn translation of criminal record into Spanish
- Criminal record certificate from any country where you lived 6+ months in the last 5 years
Health Insurance
- Private health insurance policy with full coverage in Spain
- No co-pays, deductibles, or exclusions for pre-existing conditions
- Minimum coverage: unlimited (no cap)
- Insurance must be valid for the entire duration of your stay
Professional Documents
- CV/Resume (Spanish or English)
- University degree or professional certification (apostilled and translated if required)
- Proof of professional experience (3+ years if no degree)
- Company registration documents or freelance license (if applicable)
Other Documents
- NIE number (if applying in Spain)
- Completed application form (specific to your consulate or UGE)
- Proof of payment of application fee (Tasa)
